Ted Lambourne

Ted has +30 years’ Operations, Construction, Project Management experience in the mining sector and Consultancy capacity with a Tier 1 consulting firm. His areas of experience include, mining operations, project management, engineering, green field and brown field projects, shutdown management, and organisational development. Ted was the General Manager for one of the largest gold mining operations in Australia managing open pit, underground and processing operations and projects. Although predominantly working in Australia, he also has international mining operations and business improvement experience. In addition, he also has public sector experience covering engineering and design of dams and channels completing, public liaison, and operation development. Ted has led and managed multiple leadership teams and played a leading role establishing sustainable mining operations and having a positive impact on local community development initiatives and programs. Previous key roles include the following: General Manager Gold Fields, Processing Manager, Gold Fields, Engineering Manager, Gold Fields, General Manager, BCI Minerals, Commissioning Engineer, Gold Fields, Project Manager, South 32, Processing and Maintenance Manager, Ora Banda Gold, and Business Improvement Consultant, Partners in Performance.
Colyn Louw

Colyn has +30 years international mining industry experience in corporate, operations, construction, and consultant capacity. Colyn is a strategic and commercially astute business leader and lead consultant with proven experience in complex multi stakeholder environments creating and implementing strategies to deliver organisational capability, organisational effectiveness, business transformation, future of work strategies and local community development. Colyn held roles with global responsibility spanning across 25 countries and his key area of expertise is in the areas of organisational effectiveness, business improvement, business transformation, project management, capability development and M&A integration. His project management experience includes Greenfield projects with capex of $150M to $10B and M&A due diligence and integration of $90M to $9B transactions.
His experience includes negotiations and establishing relationships with key stakeholders such as government, industry bodies, and third parties. He has significant experience in the uplift of local communities and their capability and services, especially those of developing countries.

He developed and implemented several strategic drives resulting in exceptional growth and improved business results such as cost reductions through improved processes, lateral thinking and building dynamic teams. Justine MacDonald

Justine has 25 years’ experience in the mining industry within various international high-profile companies. During this time, she held various roles in resource geology, project management (strategic growth) and business improvement, across operations, corporate offices and consulting firms. In her recent role as COO for Volt Resources, she was responsible for managing Volt’s operational interest in the Zavalievsky Graphite business in Ukraine across their mine-to-market value chain. Additionally, she also led the development of Volt's ESG policy, framework and reporting platform, and coordinated the update to the Bunyu Graphite Project Feasibility. As a consultant, Justine has partnered with various businesses to provide strategic project and business improvement expertise that focus on design, efficiency, and strategic definition. She is passionate to drive sustainable business transformation through a pragmatic and integrated value-chain approach. Justine believes in delivering resilience and longevity through positive stakeholder relationships, including with the natural environment, that are underpinned by respect and collaboration. A strategic and pragmatic business leader and consultant with proven experience in building organisational capability and implementing strategies that deliver increased organisational effectiveness, and business transformation. Chris key areas of expertise include leadership of training, capability development, and strategic workforce planning in resource companies working across state, national, and global operations. He has significant Greenfield and brownfield experience developing strategic workforce plans and training programs for project construction and mining operations during ramp up phases. Chris is skilled in developing collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. He has a proven track record engaging government, unions, RTOs to deliver workforce planning and capability programs. He established transformational high school program designed to establish workplace entry for disadvantaged high school students and remote Aboriginal community apprenticeship programs.
