Ted has +30 years’ Operations, Construction, Project Management experience in the mining sector and Consultancy capacity with a Tier 1 consulting firm. His areas of experience include, mining operations, project management, engineering, green field and brown field projects, shutdown management, and organisational development.
Ted was the General Manager for one of the largest gold mining operations in Australia managing open pit, underground and processing operations and projects. Although predominantly working in Australia, he also has international mining operations and business improvement experience. In addition, he also has public sector experience covering engineering and design of dams and channels completing, public liaison, and operation development.
Ted has led and managed multiple leadership teams and played a leading role establishing sustainable mining operations and having a positive impact on local community development initiatives and programs.

Justine has 25 years’ experience in the mining industry within various international high-profile companies. During this time, she held various roles in resource geology, project management (strategic growth) and business improvement, across operations, corporate offices and consulting firms.
In her recent role as COO for Volt Resources, she was responsible for managing Volt’s operational interest in the Zavalievsky Graphite business in Ukraine across their mine-to-market value chain. Additionally, she also led the development of Volt's ESG policy, framework and reporting platform, and coordinated the update to the Bunyu Graphite Project Feasibility. As a consultant, Justine has partnered with various businesses to provide strategic project and business improvement expertise that focus on design, efficiency, and strategic definition.
She is passionate to drive sustainable business transformation through a pragmatic and integrated value-chain approach. Justine believes in delivering resilience and longevity through positive stakeholder relationships, including with the natural environment, that are underpinned by respect and collaboration.
